Booking / Ceremony - Checklist
Use this page to ensure the required forms for your ceremony are completed. Once I have all this information I can proceed in creating your dream ceremony.
Booking Form
Booking form is all the details of the day and getting to know the key people involved in the ceremony such as bridal party, parents, if there is going to be readings and who will be the readers etc.
Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM)
This form is a legal requirement for all Couples to complete prior to there wedding day. This form needs to be completed and lodged 30 days prior to your intended ceremony date, and no more than 18 months prior. It is preferable this form is completed with your celebrant at your first meeting, however I have it here for instance where that is not possible and time doesn't permit this.

Complete this Questionnaire together or individually, the information gathered will assist me to write your personlised ceremony.
Information Form
Click on the link and complete this form so I have all the relevant information, it will allow me to introduce myself to your vendors, Photographer / Videographer, Venue (Ceremony), Wedding Planner. Its important that all your vendors communicate to ensure smooth flow on the day, a lot of the choreography I do on the day is for the benefit of the photographer and Videograher to get the money shots/footage, these are lasting memories which you will look back on fondly.
